Charitable Fund “Humanitarian Action”

Our main activities in regard to viral hepatitis are:

1) Testing for viral hepatitis C among general population, people who use injection drugs (PWID), sex workers.

2) Linkage to care: HCV+ are referred to the Saint-Petersburg AIDS Center and to the S.P. Botkin Clinical Infectious Diseases Hospital.

3) Primary prevention: dissemination of information on viral hepatitis B and C through lectures, brochures and mass-media.

4) Monitoring of state procurements of drugs for HCV treatment.
